Why we LOVE who we serve:

We focus on a high-need population and everyone we serve has grown up in our care. We will continue to provide long-term care for people who have intense needs and who thrive in environments that have structure and consistency. Many of our individuals have experienced trauma in their lives, therefore, we build a calm and supportive environment. This environment allows them to develop new skills and feel nurtured by the staff. Come join team Rose-Mary.

Our Goals:

  • Create a long-term care environment for a loved one
  • A place where individuals feel at home and supported
  • Stability and structure
  • Community living and involvement
